- An immunoblot using whole cell extract of a mouse ES cell line shows a positive band at the size of the histone (17kDa) but also shows a faint band around 37kDa. The histone band detected in the extract constitutes 96.63% of the protein signal and shows at least 10-fold enrichment relative to any other band.

- There is not enough antibody of this lot to recreate the Western up to the ENCODE3 standards. We have other lots of this same antibody that have the immunoblot up to the newer quality standards: ENCAB027VOE and ENCAB969VGQ
