- The placement of the arrow is incorrect, should be around the 85-90kDa mark as the band is running a bit high in lane 4.

- Major band runs a bit high but is consistent with IP in K562 and the size of the band in the K562 and HepG2 knockdowns, so will allow the size deviation.
